I. DELIVERY AND ORDER TRACKING
Tracking your order
To follow the delivery status of your order, go to your "My account / Orders" space. The status of your order appears in the "Status" column.
My package appears to be lost or stolen
If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Service by email at email@example.com.
Our team will contact the carrier to initiate the necessary procedures.
Remember to specify the number of the order concerned for a quick processing of your request!
II. MY ACCOUNT
Login to my account
To connect to your customer account, click on the "My account" space at the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the menu from your mobile. Enter your email address and your password and validate.
Delete my account
If you wish to delete your TANHNI account, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address used on the TANHNI account to be deleted. This action will result in the deletion of all your order history and no going back will be possible.
Change my password
If you wish to change your password for your TANHNI account, click on "My account / Account details". You can then change your password in the dedicated field. Finally, click on "Save changes".
I can't log in to my TANHNI account
If you are unable to log in to your TANHNI account, we invite you to change your password.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Go to the "My account" area at the top right of the home page
- Enter your email address
- Click on "Forgot your password?
You will then receive an email allowing you to reset your password and log in.
Remember to check your spam, the email sometimes slips in :)
Modify the email address linked to my TANHNI account
If you want to change the email address of your customer account TANHNI, simply go to "My Account / Account Details" and change it with an email address that you have never used tanhnicollection.com.
Rest assured, all your order history will be preserved.
Change my billing and shipping addresses
If you want to change your billing and delivery addresses, simply go to "My Account / Addresses". You can then change the addresses you want by clicking on "Edit".
III.ORDER ON TANHNICOLLECTION.COM
Our size guide is available on all our product pages, along with advice to help you make your choice and take your measurements if you need to have your garment made to measure.
If you need advice on style or size, contact our customer service department at email@example.com, the team will be able to guide you!
Validation of my order
When your order is validated, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your basket. You can also find the details of your order in your "My account / Orders" space.
Please note that on collection launch days, the email may take a few hours to be sent.
You have not received the summary? Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will be able to check the status of your order with you.
IV. RETURNS & REFUNDS
The non-professional customer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the Order to exercise his right of withdrawal from TANHNI. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions, see section "IX. REFUNDS AND RETURNS" for details.
Also, all products sold on the site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the Customer to return defective or non-compliant products. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions, paragraph "X. WARRANTIES - LIMITATION OF RESPONSABILITY".
